How to Input @ Symbol On My Lenovo G500 Laptop

When trying to imput the @ symbol in an e mail address my computer will only offer ” instead of the @ symbol. Any suggestions?

      Which country keyboard setting are using?

      And is the Lenovo one sold etc. in say N. America, and you’re in say UK or that place across the N Sea (Europe)?

      If you have a N. American keyboard it is physically configured to that for the UK/Europe and obviously visa-versa.

      But first check your keyboard settings and location (time zone etc.).
