Hello,
I have NASCAR Thunder 2003 which I played frequently on my old Dell Dimension running Win XP. I recently purchased an eMachines EL1850G with Win 7 and the game won’t play correctly. The game will start but I can’t see the cars. All I can see are the tires and wheels. I’ve tried all the available settings for display and compatibility but nothing works. Can any body help?

Have you tried running the game in ‘Compatibility Mode’.
Right-Click on the game shortcut icon
Click ‘Properties’
Click the Compatibility tab
Place in check-mark against ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for
Select ‘Windows XP (Service Pack 3)’ from the drop-down list
Click ‘Ok’
Now run the game again to see if the problem has been eliminated.
