my girl compaq cq58 labtop only displays wired connection in network sharing center adapter settings her labtop wont connect or go to wireless connection how can we fix this also troubleshooting keeps saying THE RALINK RT539OR 802.11bgn wifi adapter is experiencing driver or hardware related problems a network cable not plug in
but we dont want it on wired connection
If it shows an error for the Wi-Fi adapter, re-install it’s driver to see if that fixes it.
Be aware that if you want to use Wi-Fi, you must unplug the ethernet cable from the laptop.
Similarly, if you want to use ethernet, you must turn off the Wi-Fi adapter.
