Solved Fix 1 Delays Error Detected By HDD Regenerator

HDD regenerator found 1 delays, My HDD 160GB WD, How can i fix these delays?

This problem is very annoying for me
Could anyone help me with this?

      I suspect the drive has physical problems that HDD Regenerator can’t do anything about. Obtain the testing utility from WD and see what it has to say about the drive. But before doing that ensure that you have a backup of all important data. Of course you should have this anyway. Having only a single copy of important files is asking for trouble.

      Most likely the driver will have to be replaced.
