      BIOS updates are available at the motherboard manufacturer’s website. There should be detailed instructions on how to perform the flash & an explanation of the risks involved. Be aware that if you do it incorrectly, you could very well have to replace the motherboard.

      That being said, what is it that you think a BIOS upgrade is going to fix?
