PC Will Not Boot Input Signal Out Of Range

my hard drive turns on but the monitor does show anything..it says “input signal out of range, change setting to 1024×768 – 60Hz. but i can’t do anythink at all… can someone kindly help me please.. thanks

      The input out of range message will only appear after Windows has started to load. You need to invoke Safe Mode before Windows starts to load and F8 will do that if you catch it soon enough.

      Start tapping F8 as soon as anything appears on the screen.
