When I first tried to access SeaTools, I got a message that I needed to install .NET4 which I did. Then when I tried again, I got “Fatal Error: Device Discovery Argument ‘Start’ must be greater than zero.” I deleted the application, rebooted, and reinstalled it but still it did not work.
