Disable View & Track Your Downloads Popup

when I click on a program that has been downloaded it will not open and this box comes up that says view and track your downloads

      Hi bjh,

      Try resetting the IE using the link mentioned below:

      http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737

      If the issue persists, try changing the download location and open the downloaded file as an administrator.

      Right click on the file and select run as administrator.
