Highest Overclock For Intel Core 2 Duo E7300?

I can’t access your link so I have no idea what your system specs are but you can’t burn out a CPU by overclocking it. If you overclock too much, the system either won’t boot or it will become unstable.

Here’s a couple important things to keep in mind when overclocking a C2D:

1. the optimal CPU:DRAM frequency ratio is 1:1 or 1:2
2. the higher the FSB, the better the performance

Another important thing to understand is the differences between DDR RAM speed, FSB, & frequency. DDR & FSB are theoretical, frequency is the actual clock setting. To make sure you’re comparing “apples to apples”, you should always work with frequencies.
