[Solved] URGENT : Windows 7 Boot Problems

My pc was working fine. Suddenly when I start my pc it loads windows then when im using it, it crashes. Then when I start my pc again it shows this:

Reboot and selest proper boot device
or Insert Boot Media in Selected Boot device and press a key

I switch off my pc for a few hours then on again, it boots normally but again crashes then it shows the error again in the boot screen.

Here are my pc’s spec:

Motherboard : Intel Desktop Board DH67BL MEDIA SERIES
Processor : Intel i5
O.S. : Windows 7 Professional | ServicePack 1
RAM : DDR3 | 4Gb
H.D.D : Western Digital | 500Gb

    The error you are getting is saying “hey I don’t see the bootable operating system on the hard drive….so’ll check and see if there is any thing else to boot from” in your case it is looking for a network boot via the network card. Usually caused by bad hard-drive or corrupted hard drive. I would download the hard drive makers diagnostic utility and test the hard drive, it’s a good starting point….even new drives can go bad.
