I have tried to download the driver for this webcam….but when I do, it opens a folder and I have no idea why!!! Can anyone help me with this?

It is a compressed Zip folder. The first thing you need to do is create a new folder on your desktop and name it appropriately. the second thing you need to do is open the zip folder, highlight everything in it, right click over one item, and select copy. Then open the new folder you created and paste the contents there. Once these files are in a non-zip folder, look for and select the installer. You should be good from there.
You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
