To be clear; It only happens when speakers are on & is a sample of a fly / bee buzzing therefore it’s coming off the soundcard, not a mechanical fault with fan or some such problem. It comes and goes intermittently. I guess this is a virus type problem. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

PROBLEM SOLVED, I think; It’s a darned sidebar advertisement in Ebay (possibly other sites too!) to do with the University of Northampton who have a honey bee as their logo, or are something to do with research into bees.
PLEASE dont change settings or re-install windows etc… it’s perfectly safe though annoying and intrusive. I just turn my speakers down!
