in my bios setup there is no settings for graphics or video memory like other pc. can i use any softwares to increase my video memory.

The HD 2500 isn’t a graphics card, it’s a graphics chip (GPU) integrated within the Intel CPU. And it doesn’t have any memory, it borrows all its memory from the system.

You didn’t state why you need more graphics memory but if it’s for gaming, changing the memory setting isn’t going to be of much help. Graphics performance comes from the GPU & the HD 2500 is weak. You’ll need to install an actual graphics card which has a decent GPU & it’s own dedicated memory (preferably GDDR5). And if you upgrade to a card, be sure to get one that will work with the 300W PSU or the PSU will need to be upgraded as well.
