Device Dismounts From ROOT\NET\0000

Intel(R) Technology Access TAP Driver (NDIS 6.30)

every restart windows looses the driver.

Driver location

C:\PROGRAMDATA

I then reinstall the driver and it opens ports
497** localhost/localhost 5905

      “But now when i run the installer either GUI or CMD i get that there is a pending restart”
      I use this on every comp I work on, upload SS ( screenshots ) of what it finds please.
