Solved Toshiba C850-B378 How To Get To Boot Menu?

After system restore my toshiba C850 – B378 go to blank screen, I’m trying to boot from CD but don’t know the how to get to boot menu, please help. ps I tried Dell key, F12, F8 F2 Esc, nothing work

      According to the manual:

      Hold down F12 and boot the computer. Release the F12 key 1 second after the computer powers on.

      Note the ‘hold down’ part. That is, push down F12 and then turn on the computer. Did you try it that way?
