According to various sources on the net, M$ will turn back on the XP SP3 switch today and push it to you through Windows Update. If you dread getting your XP smacked, download & install XP SP3 Blocker Tool Kit NOW!!. Otherwise see this thread for all info related XP SP3.

XpUser, FYI, seems lots of folks have lost the net after updating. Seems the M$ update and Zone Alarm didn't play well together. The problem has now been fixed. Simply update ZA and things'll be fine. Just a glitch and quickly addressed by the folks at ZA.

a similar problem/conflict between Norton Internet Security 2008 and Windows XP SP3. install the latest updates/patches to NIS 2008 and then apply XP SP3.
