from what I could find on it is that there is an exception call from a bad registry setting located in shell 32 dealing with this:
0x40000080 NoOnlinePrintsWizard Explorer one late 6.00 build
showing something to the call failure of online prints wizard in windows explorer version 6.0.
A possible fix would be to use system file checker.
with your xp installation disc (not a restore disc) in your cd-rom drive go to
start >run and type : SFC /scannow
then hit enter and let windows reset your system files.

No, looks like the SFC scan didn't work as it is still rebooting.

This may be coincidence but it will mainly happen when i turn a printer on or try and connect to coolstreaming, things like that. very strange, I have removed all hardware and uninstalled such as graphics cards and sound cards etc. but no joy.

Having the same issue with a AMD 64 3000 and a MSI Mobo. I'm starting to think it's the system drivers I installed with my Mobo. They are nVidia. I returned my HD and got a new one and I've run multiple tests on my RAM and they pass everytime. It's either the system drivers or this AMD Cool n Quiet CPU software is not keeping my CPU cool enough.
