onboard sound

wd 80 gig Hd
350 watt power supply
windows xp
all updated to date sp2 bios all drivers everything
i did a chakdsk /p /r
i did a :sfc /scannow

i am getting this error code 0x40000080
i couldnt find any info on this error so i did a dump check

please help me i cannot fix this problem could it be a bad power supply i checked ram with memtest86 no error on 5 pass temp is low so not over heating please help
