My "Active X" Quit working and I can not Reinstall it. It worked for 3 years.
I get a message , Install Failed , I have tried the online Install & I have downloaded it and used the Manual Install.

sometimes the active x program needs to be removed before a new version can be installed. or maybe it just needs to be enabled.

internet options > programs and click the " manage add-ons button and then look for the bad active x control and see if it is disabled or what.

I "Uninstalled" the old Active X before I started to install the new one. There are 18 Active X Entries in that Column & they are all inabled.
