OS: solaris 2.6
CPU/Ram: 64 MB

when i switched on my SUN ultra 5 system it stopped booting with following messages:

warning : /Pci@1f, 0/Pci@1, 1/ide@3/dad@0,0
uncorrectable data error : block 144f30

warning: /Pcie1f, 0/Pci@1, 1/ide@3/dad@0,
disk not responding to selection

vn_rdwr failed with error 0x6
zs error reading sections
vn_rdwr failed with error 0x6
zs error reading sections
kobj_load_module: se read header failed
vn_rdwr failed with error 0x6
zs error reading sections
kobj_load_module: se read header failed
vn_rdwr failed with error 0x6
zs error reading sections
kobj_load_module: se read header failed


What is this problem and how to correct it? i have tried boot disk -s command to reboot the system but result is same.

Look at cables for hard disk.
