hello friends

I installed Solaris 8 (Binari free program for x86 pc) and Solaris found my network card, but when i ping my network card i don't have asnwer.....
My network card is realtek and the chipset is rtl8139
Any friend can help me?

There is an installation package available at several sites, including the main realtek site.
Just install it, it installs a driver for solaris 7/8 Intel. Reboot et voila ;-)

Same here... I looked all over the web for it including the realtek site. Couldn't find it. PLEASE, I'm desperate for an answer...
