Comment: hello friends I installed Solaris 8 (Binari free program for x86 pc) and Solaris found my network card, but when i ping my network card i don't have asnwer..... My network card is realtek and the chipset is rtl8139 Any friend can help me?

Reply: (edit)There is an installation package available at several sites, including the main realtek site. Just install it, it installs a driver for solaris 7/8 Intel. Reboot et voila ;-)
