Reply: Shouldn't be any different, both versions of exchange use active directory. I'd get them to upgrade to Groupwise 6.5 or Notes instead. Why anyone would willingly choose exchange over either of those vastly superior (and more secure and stable) products is beyond me. sorry, had to throw in a bitch about exchange I don't think there'd be any issue upgrading to 2003 that you wouldn't encounter in Exchange 2000.
