Ok, first, I would like to say I understand what I am asking for. I can assure you I know the reprecussions of 'hacking' a network I don't own despite any amount of damage I didn't do. So let's go on...

I am very new at network setup. I plan to learn more about networking and the advanced methods of finding and manipulating network servers, volumes, users, etc. My friend is capable of finding and logging onto some computers I own that are set up with Novell. Maybe he hacks admin, maybe he just gets to the computer without Novell; I don't know. That's what I need to ask about.

I may be out of order so bare with me as I take you through what I notice he does:

He uses task manager to disconnect all users.
Now he enters the general student account (more priveledged) by hitting ok.
Now, using command prompt he types in the 'time' command several times to display the time.
I am not sure what he does from here but he eventually disconnects, reconnects and BAM I'm on the computer with full priveledges.

You see, I really want to activate cyrillic keyboard on the computer I am using and need to access the control panel. So please, if you can fill in some blanks it would be helpful. Thanks.
