OS: Mac OS X 10.4.x
CPU/Ram: 768
Model/Manufacturer: Macintosh/G4
Comment:

Problem: Installed MacPorts 1.6.0 and X11. I used the Mac OS X package installer, a “postflight” script was run after installation that places a .profile file in the home directory, which contains the environmental variables required for MacPorts. This .profile, .bash_login, or .bash_profile file is not in the home directory.

Has anyone ran into this or have a solution?
