Hi,
I am looking for Linux driver support for Express cards. I have a Toshiba Laptop with Express card slot, and I have installed Fedora Core 6. I want to buy an Express card to work with it. Can anyone please tell me whether any Express card works with Linux. I want to use the card in ad hoc mode.

AFAIK you need a newer kernel I believe 2.6.2x, also any WiFi express card with a broadcom chips should suffice, see here:

I think I have finally guessed what you are asking. You want a way to run a phone card type of pcmcia (pc card) adapter.

Or do you want a simple wi-fi adapter to work??????? ? ? ?

I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you goober.
