Hello,
I have Linux 7.5 Red Hat Server installed and its in DOS mode how can i go into Graphics mode and whether win9x can installed in Linux 7.5 Red hat and if Yes then how can i provoke it in win9x from linux.

plz help
m very new n dummy to linux

I don't think here is a RedHat Linux 7.5!!!
If you want to run X, then type "startx" at
the prompt, assuming that you did install X
on your server since some don't come with it.
And if you want to run Windows under Linux,
then you need to install either Win4Lin
(www.win4lin.com) or VMware (www.vmware.com).

You need to first log in using the username root and the password that you chose during the installation.

In order to get into graphics mode you need to type startx (assuming you have a windows manager installed)

Could you reword your other questions if possible please so that we can assist you?

If you're still having problems when attempting to start X, paste the contents /var/log/XFree86.0.log - or at least any lines that begin with (EE), presuming that you have X installed.
