Ok I SOLVED* the problem
(*installed grub on a floppy)

1. insert an empty floppy & create the folders boot and boot/grub

2. a cmd: cp -R /boot/grub /mnt/floppy/boot/

3. as "root" write grub in the "console"

4. run these two cmds: root (fd0)
setup (fd0)

5. enter quit to exit grub shell...

6. To make windows the default boot os:

98> insert win 98 boot disk and write FDIS`K /mbr
(I haven't tried that one)

XP(2K??)> insert the xp cd choose "r" & then select 1 & write fixmbr in the console
(This works perfekt!)

Don't mind the warnings...

Reboot machine & see if windows boots normal...
if it does insert the gub floppy you created & reboot machine...

Then the grub menu will load...

This selution is good enough for me, so I hope it are good enough for u 2 =:)
