Hi,
I ve recently installed Slackware 12.0 linux on my [HP dc7800p] PC. When i switch to the Desktop environment i.e. KDE.The graphics are totally ruined. the colours are inverted and the fonts are also not visible properly.I m using ATI raedon graphics card .What might be the issue?

I haven't been having this problem...but the major problem I'm having is actually getting the "restricted drivers" to work in almost any Linux OS. It seems ATI's not too keen with linux yet, or it may be my x1650 pro card not wanting to sync. Either way, ATI cards on Linux don't mix, at the moment.
