Hi,
I have the pc , a730n, but I need a video card compatible for my computer and for tv-out (S-Video). As far as i could tell is that I have2 PCI and 1 PCI-Express slots available, Coz I bought a AGP Video Card but it doesn't work or fits into the any of my slots. Could any one guide and suggest me which one would be best one and compatible for my computer?
Thanks in advance!

That pavilion has PCI-Express and will require a video card in that form. AGP will NOT work with it.
As for which one? well that depends on what you intend to do with your computer. If you're not into gaming and just want the tv out and dual monitor options, you can probably do fine with a Radeon 128MB x300. However, you should do a little homework on other video cards if you plan to do gaming.
Keep in mind that your computer came with integrated graphics and will require you to disable it if you install a video card. Visit HP.com or read your manual on how to do this.

ASUS P5GD1
P-4 3.4 SOCKET 775
1G Corsaire PC400
ABIT RX600SE 256MB PCI-E

I need it for gaming not really but if so it'll be great, but i actually need it to watch like movies, series and stuff. Like i watch Online Cricket (British game similar to baseball)series online, but I want to watch it onto my tv....So...That's wht I actaully need it for.
Thanks in advance!

Was there something in my answer that was not satisfactory? You will likely do just fine with a Radeon X300 128MB PCI-Express video card. It has TV out options as well as dual monitor support.
