well i built my first desktop and was rather proud but i am still not done yet i guess. i am having troubles with freezing, it happens randomly anywhere from the bios screen to the very end of the windows loading screen. if i can get to windows then it never freezes again until the next time i turn it back on. i tried pulling out my ram and putting it back in and even swapped it out with same ram from my buddies comp which worked just fine but i still encountered the random freezing in that time frame. i could assume its mobo related but i personally have no idea and would rather not spend money in excess if its not the problem.

Enter the BIOS screens and verify the time, date, etc. Load Optimized Defaults. Then verify all drives to auto,ACPI Enabled, Resources controlled by (Auto).
