When ever i switch on my computer switch it get started automatically,it does not allow me to press the button on CPU.
Please help me....

It could be a setting in BIOS. I've seen some motherboards that have a setting to "restore system to prior state" in the event of power loss. This seems to boot a system as soon as power is connected. Disable that setting in bios.
What happens if you shut down without disconnecting from mains power? Does it remain off or automatically restart?
