Comment: According to Canon the Multipass L60 is not compatible with Windows 2000 or XP.
Does anyone have any solutions?? Thanks!

Reply: (edit)For Windows 2000 I created a working solutions myself, but I haven't tested it in Windows XP. The trick is using the Multipass 6000 driver for windows 2000. This printer is compatible with the MPL60. You need to edit the driver-inifiles (both copies of mpmaster.ini). as follows: [Setup]
ModelName=MultiPASS L60
SGModelName=Canon MultiPASS L60
BaseName=MultiPASS
PrinterName=Canon MultiPASS L60 Printer
Version=3.01
NTonly=1 [DeviceID]
MFG=Canon
MDL=MultiPASS L60 Don't expecta working solution from canon, they don't support their stuff. We threw out several canon laserprinters allready bcause there a no working drivers.

s_2000 I used the WINXP driver for the
MPL6000 available here

it worked just fine - just dont run the
second setup file - setup2.exe,
which is included in the download and is

Reply: (edit)I NEED AN ADVICE CONCERNING THE CANON MULTIPASS L60 RELATED TO WINDOWS 2000. I AM IN THE MIDDLE EAST AND THE MULTIPASS L6000 IS NOT FOUND OVER HERE. FURTHERMORE I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD THE DRIVER MULTIPASS L6000 FROM CANON USA SIGHT BUT THE EXE(SELF EXTRACTOR) FILE ISN'T EXTRACTING.
ANY ADVICE??? IS IT POSSIBLE TO USE ANOTHER DRIVER??
