Comment: i have a t810b-se mainboard which has a built in graphics adapter (2mb of VRAM). Is it possible to install another graphics adapter with a much higher VRAM capacity? If so, how do disable it?

Reply: Iam not sure if this is the same as what you are speaking of . I have a M6TWG motherboard with i810 intergrated grtaphics. After purchasing Quake III and trying to run a fish tank screen saver I came to realize I needed to upgrade my graphics. I chose the ATI RADEO PCI 32MB. My motherboard does not have an AGP slot . To disable the current graphics , go to the device manager and under display adapters it should list your graphic controller , highlight it and select properties . Check, disable in this hardware profile. Do the same if it is listed under system devices. Install the standard VGA software B/4 installing your new graphics card. The standard VGA software is probably already in your system , after you disable the 810 graphics , your system should find it for you and prompt you to install it ! I love my graphics card , it improved the over all performance of my PC. Good Luck F.Y.I. Iam running Windows Me
