I need some help in getting my Windows 95 display back to normal. Right now, I only
have 16 colors. I’ve tried various ATI drivers, but nothing seems to work. I’m assuming I
need to update my drivers. I want to be sure which one.

You need to unistall all ATI drivers you have installed, maybe in Safe Mode!, then install the correct driver, available from ATI, there is no other way if you have attempted to install any drivers you thought may work..............
