I recently installed a OnSpec device driver
for an external Hdd with EPP interface;but
no device icon shows in My Compuer,although
the driver does show up in Device Manager.
Does anyone know how I can get my system to install a device icon???

Not the most successful of forums, more or less a port of call for folks who really suck at searching - but that only accounts for half of the posts here.

The rest is comprised of people who believe all computer problems can be resolved if only they had the right driver, and the occasional inattentive reader such as the one above (we get about one or two a week of those 'drive' posts - heh )

I'm not one of those who think Bill Gates is the devil. I simply suspect that if Microsoft ever met up with the devil, it wouldn't need an interpreter
