I just got a new Zen Micro 6GB for Christmas, so I take it to the computer. I install the drivers off the CD, and plug in the Zen. The drivers do not load, so Windows tells me that its an unknown device. Then it takes me through the search for driver bla bla bla, it couldn't find drivers in the Creative directory or off of the CD.

BUT. I do all this on my brother's laptop. Its works fine, sort of. Windows' built-in portable media player driver detects it, and thats what runs it, not the Creative drivers.

Help?
