Hello

I am trying to install driver for a Jukebox .I have got windows xp (with service pack 1) .Windows recognises the hardware once I connect it to my comp.

But when I install the driver it gives this error
"An error occurred during the installation of the device."

I have tried installing the same hardware on another win xp machine and it works fine.
There is no problem in hardware aswell as the driver given in the product's cd

I HAVE GOT THE LATEST DRIVER FOR THE JUKEBOX

But something wrong in my machine

Is there a way to solve this

Please help asap
