Comment: OK, I would like to load a device driver into memory, after the config.sys has exectued. I'm running windows 98, but is there a program for dos that can do the job for me?

Reply: Hi, I've seen a couple. One comes with DR-DOS and another with Micro-solutions BackPack stuff, but I'm sure you'd be able to find a freeby somewhere. Usually called device.com or loaddev.com or similar. These ones don't load into UMB's or anything like that though. Trev

Reply: You can use DYNALOAD.COM which comes with IBM PCDOS o easily load a device driver from the command line.
