So Knoppix. Anyone know where I can download a copy of it? I'm an aspiring network/security major and I'd like to see what this distro can do... I've heard its pretty impressive just in principle.
Anyone use it on a consistent basis? I'm just curious as to what a white hat would use it for. Its pretty obvious how it could be used in a black hat manner.

For the best response(s), a posting need to be placed on the correct forum. The reason for this is that responders generally look at only those forums their experience relates to.
e.g. I, being somewhat of a dinasaur, only look at the dos and general hardware forums.

If your interested in security the best distro of choice would be backtrack. The last version i used was 2.0 but im sure there must be a newer version out now.
