$60 budget isn't much you can do, especially your old computer is socket 5/7 P1 66Mhz, upgrading to pentium 3 is impossible w/o a slot1 or socket370 platform motherboard. Even your old Extended Data Output Ram is too old for P3 setup, you will need PC100/133 RAM... So the choices are either you go to ebay.com and find yourself a used P3 computer or shell out $300 for a new computer... If ebay is too much, then maybe goodwill is a place to start for under $60...

Is this your only computer?

The 66MHz Pentium is a Socket 4 chip; so you've already got the fastest CPU your mobo can handle.
75MHz+ Pentiums go into Socket 5 or 7, Pentium II's in Slot 1, and PIIIs in Slot 1 or Socket 370.

For $60, you could probably pick up a much faster P2 system with P3 upgradeability.
